AZ Staffing Partners is a locally owned, women-led staffing agency with a focused mission: connecting qualified independent contractors with contract work assignments in education and healthcare settings across Arizona.

We began as AZ Event Connect, a job fair recruitment event agency that helped organizations meet high-volume staffing needs. When the pandemic paused large-scale events, we evolved into AZ Staffing Partners to continue supporting our clients, through a streamlined, relationship-driven placement model tailored specifically to schools, districts, and healthcare partners.

Today, we support our partner sites by recruiting and maintaining a pool of qualified contract professionals ready to step into assignments when coverage is needed. Our process is designed to reduce vacancies, shorten fill times, and improve continuity for students and patients, while helping our partners save time through organized communication, credential coordination, and assignment onboarding support.
